Visiting this website
Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as your IP address, browser information, requested pages and request times. We use this processing for our legitimate interests in operating a reliable, secure website.
We have not added advertising trackers, visitor analytics, marketing cookies or account features. The site does not use browser storage to save your enquiry.
Preparing an enquiry
The enquiry tool on our contact page builds an email draft in your browser. It does not submit the form to a server. If you choose to open and send the draft, your email app and provider process the message, and we receive the information you send. You can also copy the prepared enquiry to your clipboard and paste it into your preferred email service. Copying does not send the enquiry to us. If you leave the page, the tool does not save your details; text you chose to copy may remain in your device’s clipboard.
When you contact us
We receive the name, contact details, business information, message and attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond, assess commercial opportunities, manage supplier relationships or help with an existing order.
Our lawful basis is our legitimate interests in communicating with suppliers, customers and potential business partners, or taking steps at your request before a contract and performing a contract where relevant. We may also retain records to meet legal obligations.
Please send only information needed for your enquiry.
Service providers and international processing
Our website hosting and business email providers process information to deliver their services. Hosting is provided by Vercel; business email uses Microsoft 365 through GoDaddy. Information may be processed outside the UK. Where required, international transfers are subject to applicable safeguards, such as adequacy decisions or approved contractual protections.
For details of our providers’ practices, see Vercel’s privacy policy, GoDaddy’s privacy policy and Microsoft’s privacy statement.
How long we keep information
We retain enquiry correspondence only while it is needed to respond or manage a relevant business relationship. Transaction and related business records may be kept longer where needed for legal, accounting or dispute purposes. Our service providers apply their own retention periods to technical records.
Your rights and complaints
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask for access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restricted processing or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact us using the details above to make a request.
You can raise a concern with us or complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint. More information about your rights is available from the ICO.
Updates
We will update this notice if our business details or the way this website handles information changes. The date above shows the latest update.
